    In this case absolutely - Air pollution and oil dependance. People die in torment from diseases that are caused by air pollution. People die from terrorists that are sponsored from oil money. We have to fight these wrongs. Some criminals think that it is OK to kill. We enforce justice on them. Don't we? Stricter CAFE is the same thing.
