    Why the change? - The comment is typical government style response. No matter how safe, they want to keep changing the rules to force continued "improvement" even regardless of the cost and whether there are any real added benefits. If you want a safety guarantee for every possible situation - stay off the road.

    Bureaucrats are simply trying to justify their jobs.

    I wantd to buy a 2012 Acura TL until I saw the front end crash test rating of 2. That is pretty low. i loved everything about it until I saw the rating . Does anyone have an opinion about this rating?
