The picture above tells the true story.... The CX5 leads the pack.

@uthiker: Please read the article. Either that, or I guess the "truth" you speak of is fanboy opinion (For CUVs? Really?)

I guess the CR-V is the BMW 3 Series of the CUV segment. The competition is always improving but, despite few major changes, it always stays on top in comparisons.

Not too surprising. The CRV and CX5 are our top choices in this segment, which we'll probably have to settle for since there are so few proper wagon choices out there in the US market. I love the CX5 but cargo capacity does matter in this class. What's disappointing is the Rav4. I was hoping the redesign would make it truly compelling. They could have kept the side hinged door and just hinged it on the correct side for the overwhelming majority of the world.

Good review. Like it says its all about personal priorities. I wanted to upgrade the cargo and ride height of my mazda3 but didn't want to lose too much fun driving. The cx5 fit that perfectly. Heck it has better mileage than my 06 did.

The Honda is nicely organized but a bit mellow on the road. Also the styling, especially the rear, is a bit uggo
