My 2004 Toyota Solara crashed in August 09 and was totaled in September 09, I would receive $125.00 for an economic loss. If I had purchased a 2009 Avalon prior to September 2009 and sold it in March 2010 I would receive $4,679.00 in economic losses. However if I sold it in February 2010 or January 2010 I would only receive $125.00! If this is based upon depreciation why the huge difference?
