    WTF. Seriously, not buckling up your children? Maybe that was acceptable 30 years ago, but why would anyone intentionally put their children at risk nowadays? Literally at the hospital they would not let us leave until we proved to them that we had an appropriately sized car seat properly installed. There are laws, warning labels, pamphlets, commercials, and all sorts of rescources available... any local police department or fire department will install the seat for you. There's no excuse for any failures here. None. Unacceptable.
