    Sorry, but I find the assumption that "all information is known, stored, readily accessible and already known to the CEO" utterly bogus. It was bogus during the initial stages of the Deepwater Horizon disaster and it's still bogus now. Just because I can look up who is jumping Miley Cyrus' bones in a millisecond on the Web does not mean that a corporate giant full of individual fiefdoms and empires is set up to produce information as quickly.
