    My wife takes a really long time to get out of the car, even before we had a kid. Guess it would be useful for her.
  • Getting groceries from the car at night is what came to my mind...
    Oh and Caroline, since Edmunds has a problem with letting me get to your "drives like a dream" post, I will just tell you here that I use both
    of those descriptions pretty often!!
  • This has been around for a while...My 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee has this feature, it was set to 1 minute since my uncle purchased it brand new until I got sick of it and changed it to 30 seconds delay.
