    "It took less than a day for the Tesla Service Center to install the Underbody Shield kit and look after a couple of other items we brought to their attention." One day, you say? Wow - they're getting those complete drivetrain replacements down to a science, aren't they? They probably don't even bother putting Lock-Tite on the fasteners anymore.

    Bahhhhhhhhhh Humbug.....how I've missed you Fordson..... The shield installation takes 45 minutes to complete.....I know because I've had it done. No big deal. I wouldn't know about the complete drivetrain replacement timeframe but I bet it's way less than replacing an engine in an ICE. I'm 12,000 miles in and trouble free. So far. Knock on titanium.
