    I would plug in my bluetooth OBDII reader and look up the code on my smartphone.

    I pull out my OBD II code reader, which is what you should be doing. And that display is not conveying anything of substance.

    Well its been said three times. More importantly, I do it now. I don't make a mental note. I don't put it on my bucket list of things to do before I die. Is it really that inconvenient to plug in a reader? It can't be, especially when your job is to do things like this and write about it...
