This article would be more useful if it gave real world fuel economy. I remember the long term Terrain never got anywhere near its 32 mpg highway even when you were consciously trying to achieve it.
I've always been able to beat EPA ratings with every vehicle I've owned, and that includes older ones before EPA changed the ratings method. It all depends on the driver and conditions - mountains, speed, weather, acceleration etc. Posting "real world" is more inaccurate than EPA estimates. Never trust a website that pounds cars for a living to give safe estimates for real world figures.
