    On the surface it sounds like a good idea. However until the government takes an active role in severely punishing hackers and PC scammers and all the digital pirates that prey on any tiny fault in software and wireless technology, this must not happen. I can see the headlines and sub head now, "300 car pile up on NJ Turnpike." "Hacker told half of car to car systems to brake due to danger and the other half to speed up to keep up with traffic".

    When hackers are actively sought, found and receive SEVERE penalties for their misdeeds then and only then should something like this be very carefully considered.
