    Thanks for the excellent DIY oil change article. I too saw the oil at the "Zone" for 8.99 and decided to check Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart sells a Mobil 1 --5 quart container for 24.95. After you're through the 5-quart container can be used to recycle your oil at Wal-Mart. Not my idea. It says this in the corner of the label.

    I heard you must use subaru 0w-20 oil not frm mobile1 or other brands, right?

    Yes but not near a dealer & about to drop the oil. What is the size of the drain plug gasket so I can get the right one at auto parts store. Would be nice to know this. Thanks
