    I have sync on my 2012 Focus and I have had few problems. I rarely use the touchscreen prefering the hard buttons. I agree the voice recognition works well, but I want to be able to be able to speak in full sentences. for example, Sirius, tune to mad dog radio. Instead of, "say a command", "sirus", "say a station", "mad dog radio"

    I have found that Uconnect Voice Command in my Dodge works in the way that you would prefer. The instructions tell you to do it the "long way" as with Sync, but the system does understand if you just say "Tune to Mad Dog Radio".
