    I look forward to seeing repair costs. Hopefully it maintains its affordable-sports car status with respect to maintenance and repairs.

    Taking a huge trip right after the delivery skewed the numbers. I have no doubt that this car will be driven a lot, but there's almost no way that you'll be done in six months.

    I doubt we'll be done in six months either. But here's the math @quadricycle:

    The Corvette got 5000 miles total including road trip, but it had only been here in the office for four weeks after the 1,200-mile mark. It got 3,800 miles in 4 weeks. 3,00 miles x 11 more months at that same pace = 41,800 (plus the original mileage). Credit that to the excitement of a new car and the desire to drive it, but I like the chances of high mileage.

    @tlangness: I should have paid more attention to the numbers in your post. You're right, the delivery drive wasn't even that large, and you guys really have been driving the wheels off of it since then. I haven't seen many negative posts about the Corvett

    there wont be any repair cost the only service in 40k miles is oil changes and corvette brake pads / clutch last over 100k miles if not tracked. everything else is covered under warranty.

    @keenanj: Chevy includes four routine maintenance service visits for the first 2yrs/24,000 miles on all 2014 Chevrolet models. However, tire rotations are excluded on Corvettes (tires are unidirectional and don't really need to get rotated.) Edmunds sh
