    I agree with the article for the most part. However, not all dealerships deliver the same quality service. Example; the Woodland Hills, CA Buick/Cadillac dealership is horrible. Dishonest, and in my experience would not comply with warranty issues until they received a call from corporate. Pasadena and Valencia dealership were everything I expected in terms of customer service.
