    As much as it is panned, a simple well-programmed 5 speed automatic like that in the frumpy Civic would be far better than an overly complicated poorly-programmed uber-modern 6-spd dual clutch like this. A 9-speed on the way, huh? That ought to be fun. And you thought the Cruze hunts gears. This is what happens when your compact car weighs 3300 lbs and you try to make it get 40mpg.
