    It seems to me most cars accused of too quick or too slow throttle tip in are trying to compensate. Don't have enough power, just quicken the throttle. Trying to meek out mpg, kill the throttle. The Silverado apparently doesn't need to compensate to uphold it's promises.

    How do you like this throttle delivery? It is down right awful in how lazy the response is.

    Sounds like any other torque managed CA emissions strangler top me.

    In a vehicle that will have a (sometimes poorly-secured) cargo in the bed and/or towing, this is a valuable characteristic. Good job, Chevy.
