A 4-door GTI is going to be far superior to any 2-door for this kind of duty.

I don't recall being in a booster seat when I was 7. I don't think I was at 5 either. I was in a couple accidents during that time and was fine. Is there really something behind this idea of keeping kids in baby seats until they're of legal drinking age or is it just lobbying from the car seat industry?

2002 civic coupe? damn thats tiny. interesting pick of a car though to replace it with tho, a beetle i mean. the jetta GLI is just so much better and you can ever get a 4 door GTI for less money then a beetle turbo. what won you over about the beetle? the honda accord "sport" would be an even better coupe to be honest as a daily driver if you had to have a fwd 2 door with a 4 banger but theres also the sexy camaro to think about it's base price is pretty low.

@bassracerx, I just really like the shape of the Beetle, I guess. It's probably purely a nostalgia thing.
