Hang on a minute.... the EPA ratings for the CX-5 2.5 AWD were 24 city/30 highway and 26 combined. I've been watching this vehicle fairly closely for a while now, when did the EPA ratings change to 20/28/23?

Yes, as metalmania mentions, it should be 24/30 city/hwy.

24.8 average isn't too far off from EPA combined of 26.

Another Ed Hellwig moment. Plus it's just this rolling update, not the real monthly update.

I noticed you also commented more recently about getting 2mpg better than EPA...

But EPA ratings for the 2014 Mazda CX-5 GT AWD are 24/30 - NOT 20/28. So I'd assume you are getting expected mileage at best. I'm looking into buying one of these, and have thus been researching it. Just happened to notice your numbers aren't correct.
