We had ours replaced under the warranty and not the recall. Even after the repair was done kept smelling the fuel and then took it back in. Their smoke machine broke. But was told it was not an issue. To me Fuel is very Flammable, well the fumes, and with kids not something I am wanting to experiment around with. So traded it in, took the hit on the negative side and got the F150.
