I'm not positive, but the character limit in the Artist/Album/Title tags may be on the broadcaster side.

My annoyance with SiriusXM is that they drop the leading "The" from band names. Obviously the names are sorted by whatever comes after "The", but is it really necessary to drop it from the tag? "Who" just looks lame and improper compared to "The Who", and if it's a band I've never heard of, then I may not know that there is even a "The" in the name. For example, The XX is tagged as "XX", which at first made me think they might be an X tribute band or something.

I was wondering how they would treat The The, and it turns out they do use both "The's" in the tag. :P

Seems to be a limitation in Infiniti's systems. Have the same thing in my M45 and drives me crazy. They could at least allow a text scrolling feature for such long titles.

I think it is a limitation of the satellite broadcaster.
