There are more qualified filmakers than there are jobs. Since these people need to pay bills before they can direct a feature film, they jump all over these documentaries.

And the guy kept saying "Porsh", over and over and over again. I sucked it up, and watched the whole thing, but I almost lost my mind in the process.

I've noticed that a lot of people use "V6" as an abbreviation for six-cylinder engine, not realizing the "V" refers to a particular physical layout of those six cylinders. I say this as someone who's owned three I6 cars. With some it's worth having a chat about engine layouts because they're genuinely open to learning; but for most it's not.

"Why do all car shows have to be made by people with no interest in or knowledge of cars?" Not every car show, but there certainly are more Motorweeks than Top Gears.

The best part was when they kept saying "Porsh" instead of "Porsh-a."

I'm impressed that you caught on to the discrepancies. I probably would have been paying more attention to the video--good ear, J

There are more car shows on now than ever before--the quality has just been watered down in the rush to get on air, I suppose.
