As a Toyota owner for the last thirty years (1982 Corrolla, 1990 Camry DX and now 1998 Toyota LE now at 120K miles, I checked out the new 2012 Toyota Camry LE and XLE but was very disappointed with the new and redesigned Camry. I discovered that it now has a smaller gas tank 17.0 gallon capacity as opposed to 18.5 gallon capacity as seen in Camrys all the way from 1990 to 2011. Why the smaller gas tank now??? Also, I did not like at all the looks of the front-end at the bumper level (looks like it sustain damages) and it is too low to the ground that it could easily sustain curb damages quite easy. And it looks awful at the back where the tail-brake lights are located (it really looked like a big chunk had broken off on both sides as compared with 2010-2011 Camry. For those reasons, I have rejected the 2012 -2016 Camrys and stick with our '98 Camry for now. Can Toyota convince me that the newly redesigned Camry be superior and much better over the other high-ranking cars like Honda Accord, Nissan Altima, Ford Fusion, Chev malibu and VW Passat?? I don't think they can but i will leave this up to Toyota as a challenage. How about it, Toyota??
