    This map matches up with my experience. Drivers in the south are horrible. In the Northeast, they drive quickly and safely. People not from there can't handle it, so they say Northeast drivers are bad, but the stats say otherwise. California, highways 7 lanes wide, dawdlers and texters stretched across all of them, no concept of move right to let others pass.
