    I'm all for this arrangement. Every time I have purchased a vehicle from a dealer, I tell them right up front "I am not a negotiator. Make your first price your best, or there is no sale."
    "If your price is competitive, it will be the easy sale you ever didn't have to make." It doesn't guarantee the lowest possible price, but if you do your homework, you won't get whacked.
