    Had the same experience at the dealer with a 2011 Highlander....made the appointment, even confirmed with an e-mail, arrived, and no one could "remember" my appointment. Irritating.

    Makes one wonder why anybody bothers booking appointments if the dealership doesn't keep track of them.

    And every time I look under a Toyota hybrid's hood and see that kind of mess, it's amazes me that these engineers actually came out with this tech a decade ago and has been refining it since. Something straight out of a spaceship.
