    What is it with GM and loose steering wheels? The Cruze was also recalled for a similar defect.

    This is ISO 9000 working for you.... The old GM Target for Excellence was a far superior QC system. The ISO system is just a paperwork joke just look at all of the recalls from "ISO 9000" companies for issues that came from their suppliers.
