    Expensive. I have an idea, let's learn how to not use phones while driving. If you do and it results in an accident, you could be "assigned" one of these devices for the next six months instead of a fine and increase in insurance. Just like the breathalyzer devices for DWI/DUIs.

    I see nothing to prevent the driver from using a different phone when the interlock phone is plugged in.
