    Those are pretty positive road trip impressions! I developed a slight prejudice against Hyundai/Kia a couple of years ago but its models like this that are changing my mind. I'd actually recommend this one if someone asked me about it.

    "previous iterations"? The only time this Nu engine was offered previously in the US in 2.0L form is in the 2013 Soul minus GDI. Previous cars had 2.0L Theta engines, a different design.
