they are definitely defective. have no desire or clue how to fix it nor do they wish to say anything other than everyone else is driving their 2002 jeep liberty there is no reason why you shouldnt drive yours. that is what customer care says. as well as same story for the airbag recall and light that is on and off in my liberty. except theyy added that to be part of the recall i should pay out of my pocket to prove there is a problem with my airbag. duh lady! why again is there a recall in which you have no parts available???? and she added that it May be reimbursed If they decide to do so...doubt that would ever happen. i think the proof is already evident without paying a service guy to prove there is a recall for a reason. and yes i kinda do got a problem just cause everyone else is driving theirs, one i dont like fire, much less to be inside one, and two, really dont care to find out what will happen if my airbag sets off in my face while driving! stupid woman. chrysler should change their title from customer care line to we dont really give a damn about customers but go ahead and call us, we already sold you crap that we refuse to fix line.

has anyone noticed their fan relay is connected to the airbag relay??? if the airbag relay is defective, that in turn kills the radiator fan relay and kills the radiator fan causing the jeeps to overheat. and all parts needing to constantly be replaced. seems the airbag light never came on from 02 to 2011 when i was forced out of safety concerns to sign on a honda loan for my daughter to have something safer to drive than the fear of the airbag popping out on her and constant overheating issues we have had regularly since the airbag issues began. both about the same time! imagine that!
