Sounds like the classic plastic against metal squeak. The thin material they put on the plastic in the areas it contacts the metal probably shifted. That doesn't make it any less annoying but hopefully they'll be able to fix it easily.
Geez people, the early production runs had an issue, GM has a TSB to fix this, the later ones have been corrected during build. All it needs is a couple of metal door clips replaced with updated parts, a 10 minute fix. I don't think this qualifies banishing the vehicle to the heap list as some have suggested. FYI.... I own one and enjoy it so far.

No 80-yr old can hear that squeak therefore there is no need by Cadillac to find a solution for this in their cars.
I hope the demographics change with the ATS...
