I'm getting really tired of complaints about "low fuel" warnings. Once you get past a certain point, you can't accurately measure remaining range and if they tried they would only set themselves up for liability. Maybe you have five miles of range remaining on flat ground, but you hit a hill and before the computer has time to even measure the decreased fuel economy, the slope has drained the fuel in the tank away from the pickup, starved the pump, and you're stranded. Stop the childish games of chicken with the gas gauge, fill up when it gets low, and get on with it.

It seems that the ATS is a good road trip partner. A good friend is considering switching from an older CTS, so I may get the chance to see how good soon.
