    As I have mentioned in the past for now several years (since 08) Its NOT a full pickup truck if it doesn't have the long bed.

    If you want 4 door cab as well bite the bullet and get a 3/4 or 1 ton truck and see how the other side of the automotive spectrum lives day to day.
