    (it'd be even better without jack white's preening about how "unique" he is)

    Having a more basic Focus SEL which I love in so many ways, I have to say this may be the biggest negative component of this car. I stayed away from the MyTouch since I consistently heard many complaints about that element of the car; unfortunately there reallly isn't anyway around this. As I look around the car, I fear there may not be a way to fix with a minor resign. Hopefully I am wrong since I hope to add a second Focus (ST version) to family drive in the coming year if Ford can overcome a few of the negative elements pointed out in this very informative long term review.
