    same thing happened to my 2010 bmw 750.
    oil change done @ 40,000 miles . & about 1300 miles later . got the warning - engine oil level @ the minimum-Add OIL.

    wondering if Lexus 460 would have the same issue such as this???

    At purchase they didn't top off all of your fluids. The same thing happened with me. Within a month I had to add all fluids.
