    Tempurature not withstanding, that's a pretty big miss from the EPA estimate. What else might have affected it? Speed (it is still a somewhat aero brick), elevation, grades?

    @bankerdanny Doesn't really seem to be a miss really besides if you hit any short of a headwind it would impact the mileage by at least this amount if not more.

    I'm in the first few months of enjoying the new Silverado. Can you tell me if the gas mileage has improved as the engine has been broken in or has it remained pretty constant since new?
