eh, doesn't seem to move the bar much from the current G37. Actually, it goes down from the STUPID [non-permissible content removed] NAME, INFINITI

Come on, the G-series was great with a manual and very involving. I adore my G35, and cannot fathom buying another without a manual.

Looks like a Hyundai Sonata on the inside.

If you have to swipe your interior design theme from Cadillac, you know your styling department is out of ideas.

The reason fewer than 2% for manual gearbox sales? Infiniti only offered the 6MT Sedan loaded and as the highest priced model. Not as a stand alone option. I explaned the following to my local dealer's general manager, when he called to get me to trade in my 2003 G35 6MT sedan:
    1) If infiniti continues to offer less choices for the customer
    2) And can only get a manual gearbox as their most expensive model
    3) Dump the manual gearbox, like the did with the IPL Convertible...
Then why should I not buy from another brand. In fact I told him I did.

The exterior is nice but why in the hell would Infiniti change the name of the G Series? That name actually stuck, unlike the very forgettable I30/35.

Also, the exterior is very nice but that interior is a no ma'am. They need something better looking than this. It LOOKS cheap, so there is no need to feel anything.

Nissan has always been a hit or miss with interiors though. I've never cared for the G Series interiors but the 2nd Generation M Series was a very nice vehicle both inside and out.
