    Car is what - almost 3,400 pounds, has 258 lb/ft of torque, does 0-60 in the low 6's...and 36 mpg on the highway is just OK? Hello...Earth to Edmunds - 36 mpg for this car is fabulous! The best your 98-pound-weakling Kia Forte EX has ever done in over 15k miles is 36.3 mpg; the best your outstanding Mazda 3 has ever done is 41 mpg, but that is no ball of fire power-wise, either. You people get too caught up in EPA estimates - the Mazda is almost 500 pounds lighter than the CLA250, has way, way less power...and the EPA says it will do 37 on the highway - they say the CLA will do 38 - that sound right to you? Me, neither - let's get real.
