Comparing apples to oranges - The "Premium" 2012 CT200h is now the lowest priced 2013. The equipment with the 2013 base level now includes the Power Sunroof and heated seats that were the difference last year between the "base" and "Premium" There is an
$800 (2.4%) change for 2013 for comparable models.

The comment above is correct in terms of that $800 difference between a 2012 and a 2013 comparable model. The comments in this article are not entirely accurate to say the least.
