These supposedly "new" trucks have been met with a collective yawn by other publications, and - most importantly - potential customers. As this was a manufacturer event, I can only assume that GM's press drones were looking over your shoulder as you wrote this discordantly fawning piece of... journalism.

Can't wait to see a real test especially against the competition. If GM wants there new trucks to look good against the competition better do a comparison now before the 2014 Tundra and 2015 F150s start rolling out. Also do a full line that means including the Nissan Titan that is an old truck but still a runner.

Most GMC buyes don't realize some trucks do not have the cylinder deactivation feature. The gas mileage on the window sticker is not accurate on those trucks but the sales people will not point that out. It's a shane GMC has to be so deceptive to sell their product. Buyer beware! Read all the small print on the door sticker. The milage using ethanol is far less and GMC claims you must use top tier gas to get close to the projected gas mileage. I will never buy GM again !
