    I the world just adopted the Tesla sales model there wouldn't be a need for such a "program".

    In most of the dealership internet departments I've worked with the quoted price is the guaranteed price (unless you spring for F&I items, which it sounds like is the same case with this program). Did I just get lucky to find pretty straightforward dealer internet departments? Do others not honor their quotes?
