I don't think I stick with any particular model through the redesigns. But then again, I've owned an Escort and two Focuses, so... maybe?

These days, I almost always change brands. In 33 years, I've never owned two generations of the same model. The closest I've come is having a 76 Pinto and 80 Bobcat (simultaneously), and a 96 Grand Voyager followed by an 05 Odyssey followed by a 98 Grand Caravan.

For the car my wife primarily drives we went from a '94 Taurus to an '04 Taurus. For me though, I have to mix it up. I've gone from early 70s American muscle to a basic compact to a Miata. I want to experience it all.
