    so that's the experience when something relatively major breaks on your 200k and change car? no MB loaner or anything?

    thanks @mercedesfan. i wish they'd give more info about this... has the dealer heard of this happening before... has MB corporate gotten involved since it's their car and they certainly wouldn't want the negative attention?
