I have a '12 R-Design and it bugs me that no one knows how to use the navi. All you have to do is use the voice control. Yes, it will take some extra steps to verify what you have said - but the answer is ALWAYS in the menu as a choice. My wife has a Mazda CX-5 (admittedly less expensive) but the voice recognition is completely useless. All you have to do is press the button on the wheel, say "navigation" and either "go to address" or "stored location." It will prompt you to do the rest. Why is that so terribly designed? Using the wheel or the keypad is bulky - but really the only time to use it is entering the name of a location that you are storing permanently and that's really not very many.
