Not the ultimate driving machine, but a revised Bimmer barge for cruising in the sun. It looks awkward, with odd proportions to accommodate the roof. It also looks so very much like every other low end BMW. I judge it a waste of money.

I drove a new 435 coupe the other day, it did not have the M package, and I found the ride to be remarkably stiff even in "comfort" mode. Every bump or small pothole caused the entire car to jump. My last sports car was a 2012 911 (977 version) and it was stiff but considerably better than this thing. I can't even imagine what it's like in the sport settings. I am getting older but it's beyond me why anyone who pay 50k to get bounced around in this thing.
