I have had my 2013 xts with premium trim pkg for over a year now and it has 13,709 gentle miles on her. The suspension in this car is a mess. Somedays it rides like a dream and otherdays it rides likes its on rails with no dampening at all. The ride was so noisy that as a good will adjustment Cadillac put Michelin primacys on the car which it did quiet down the ride but the suspension is still crap. This is suppose to be there flagship car for now but there is no premium ride feel to it. I drove a chevy impala with a better ridw quality than my xts and that pisses me off because it makes you think that the higher lease payment for this Cadillac is giving you there emblem on the grille and exterior glowsticks on the doors. I should have for the same money leased a nice e class than this lemon

My xts also pulls to the rite when centering the steering wheel for which the wheel alignment was done 3 times already and still no fixing that. Cadillac customer assistance is no help either. I will never purchase another Cadillac and or gm vehicle again
