    I am really surprised that the 2012 Jetta TDI is being ranked around 5th place. I just purchest one and I am getting a constant 42 mpg around town and 48 - 50.5 on the highway with the AC on and the family (2 adult and 3 kids). I test drove all the other cars and found they lacked the hype I found in some of the reviews. My Jetta is White Gold metallic with the Cornsilk Beige interior. I found the interior better than the others in this review.
