This new 2014 Honda Urban mini SUV will compete nicely with SUVs in the same size class built off subcompact car platforms, such as the 2014 Kia Soul and 2014 Buick Encore. The Honda, however, will most likely provide superior efficiency and driving dynamics.

Currently, Toyota and Hyundai and Chevrolet do not offer any vehicle that slots within this specific mini-ute niche. Perhaps they will also get into the mini SUV game.

I hope you (Honda) read this. Whatever the engine you've planned on is, don't forget what you're competing with (Nissan Juke 188hp).
So that means knowing the directions you're leaning to lately you'll probably need a SI version otherwise you won't get the business of people like me (dynamic & sporty). My Integra '99 (over 140K miles) is waiting for its replacement, a fun vehicle in your line-up otherwise... One thing strikes me as a F1 fan, Honda mastered the turbo engine in the 80's and won several world championships but nowadays a lot of automakers have brought back the turbo along with direct injection... and there is so far no turbo engine in the Honda line-up???

Let me just go on record and say that Honda's 2.3L from the 98-02 Honda Accord was EVERYTHING a 4 cyl should be.

With that being said, I HATED that dam 2.4L in the 04-12 Accords.

I hope they bring back a 4 cyl that mimics a V6 to power this thing a la the 98-02 Accord.

Who wants to drive a fun car uninspiring 4 cylinder? Ain't nobody got time for dat!
