    Man, 40K is considered just above entry-level? I love trucks, but that's a lot of cabbage.
    Makes the cost of my house look down right cheap.

    My first new truck was '93 Chevy 1500 California Special (2wd, V6, Auto, Std cab, short bed). It cost less than $15,000. To me, that was a first-time buyer truck and very value oriented. This Ford is a supercrew and it probably has power windows and locks, which mine did not. Add inflation, but I still don't see how that adds up to another $20,000.

    If you want a truck for first-time buyers, bring back the Ranger. $34k isnt' "first time" pricing.
