Although Maserati was always the "affordable" exotic compared to Lamboghini and Ferrari ......I always wondered why they "abondoned " the 2 seater sorts car market . In the 60's and 70's they offered several nice 2 seater sports cars that were high quality and bona fide competitors to the other two. Not that I would ever drop 100k to 140k on a Maserati ( really dont want to 'afford" it and thinking about my retirement instead)....I still do welcome Maserati back into the exotic club.
